1. In 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot butter, cook onion with garlic until onion is tender. 2. Stir in V-8 Juice, rice and green pepper. Heat to boiling. 3. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, stirring often.
