4 | boneless chicken breast halves | ||

1 | cup | uncooked pasta shells | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | plain yogurt | |
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | lime juice | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | brown sugar | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | dry mustard | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | ground ginger | |
|
|||
3 | nectarines, coarsely chopped | ||
|
|||
1 | cup | green grapes | |
|
|||
Lettuce leaves, if desired | |||

Spray medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat until hot. Add chicken. Cook 3 minutes each side or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Remove from skillet; refrigerate 10 minutes. Cut into cubes.
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.
Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, lime juice, brown sugar, mustard and ginger in small bowl. Add chicken, pasta, nectarines and grapes; toss until coated with dressing.
Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
