1 | pound | sharp cheddar cheese, grated (room temperature) | |

1/4 | pound | Roquefort cheese, crumbled, (room temperature) | |

1/2 | pound | cream cheese (room temperature) | |

2 | teaspoons | Worcestershire sauce | |
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | freshly grated onion | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | cayenne pepper | |
|
|||
1 1/4 | cups | crushed potato chips, any flavor, divided | |
|
Blend cheeses together with mixer or pastry blender.
Add Worcestershire sauce, onion, pepper, and 1/4 cup of the crushed potato chips.
Shape into ball and roll in remaining chips until completely covered. Chill well.
Chilling enhances the flavor of this cheese ball. Make it ahead and refrigerate or freeze (thaw completely before serving).
