8 | ounces | uncooked medium shell pasta, cooked according to package directions using shortest cooking time | |

1/2 | cup | mayonnaise | |

1/3 | cup | deli brown mustard | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | cider vinegar | |
|
|||
3/4 | cup | chopped carrots | |
|
|||
3/4 | cup | chopped celery | |
|
|||
3/4 | cup | chopped bell peppers | |
|
|||
3/4 | cup | chopped tomatoes | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | chopped green onions | |
|
|||
1 | cup | cooked chicken breast, diced | |

|
Rinse cooked pasta with cold water and drain; set aside.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar in a large bowl. Add pasta, carrots, celery, peppers, tomatoes, green onions and chicken. Toss gently to coat evenly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover; chill in refrigerator 30 minutes. Stir before serving.
