1/2 | cup | Hellmann's Best Food Real Mayonnaise | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | cider vinegar | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | sugar | |
|
|||
1 3/4 | teaspoons | salt | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|||
4 | medium potatoes, cooked, peeled, sliced | ||
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | chopped parsley | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | cooked crumbled bacon | |
|
In large skillet melt margarine over medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Add potatoes; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until hot (do not boil). Garnish with parsely and bacon.
